“Keystone Builders just finished our custom beach house in Port Aransas, and we could not be more pleased. Our experiences with the Turicchi family were outstanding throughout the entire planning and building process. From the start, Jud kept us organized on financing, timeline and budget. We had some permitting issues with the City of Port Aransas, and Jud was tenacious in working through those for us. Zach was the Superintendent of our build, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and extremely responsive to every email and text. He was also very patient with all of our questions and requests and took all the time needed to make sure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the finish out.
Our family had a health emergency during the build, and our focus turned elsewhere. Jud and Zach seamlessly kept things running smoothly, while supporting us and keeping us 100% in the loop. Truly, they are kind, honest and fair. Even though our build got a late start due to permit issues, our beautiful home was finished early, thanks to all the efforts and focus of Keystone Builders. We highly recommend Keystone Builders. Our architect told us early on that “they’re the best on the island” and he was right!”
